My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not turned on promptly as promised. On the bright side, the pool was well-maintained and inviting. The service was a bit hit-or-miss - I struggled to apply my loyalty rewards, and some staff members were not as helpful as I would have liked. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to St Louis attractions, although the area seemed to be undergoing some changes. The dining options were subpar for the price paid. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided good value for the money spent.

The hotel room was clean and comfy, but it had a strong smell of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned after the first day of my stay, and the price of almost $150 for just one night didn't even include breakfast.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a very nice bathroom and is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, perfect for exploring St Louis. The service from the staff was super courteous and helpful, although we did have an unfortunate incident with a missing cell phone. The dining experience left much to be desired, especially considering the prices, but the location near downtown and various attractions was a major plus.
